I'm not so much of a Winter person (hate it! hate it!), and although I enjoy the Summer - with the exception of the humidity - I've come to realize I'm an Early-Fall kind of guy. Crisp, cool air, and a whole chicken on my plate every sunday afternoon.... gotta love it. Actually, I like this time of year.
