Yay for Edwards! He did far better than I ever expected. Hope this is the beginning of something big for him.

I've seen all the Folaron signs in the Heights. Too bad the neighbors were basically the only folks who ever really got to know who she was. I guess I'll probably be voting for Barrett in April. I like that his children attend MPS.

Well it wasn't a complete victory, but a very strong second place showing here in Wisconsin has 'breathed new life' into the Edwards campaign according to the pundits. I stopped by Sandy's election party at O'Brien's for a bit last night to shake some hands and stuff... They weren't in great moods understandably, but she did run a great campaign, and judging by the number of yellow signs in our neighborhood, she had a lot of support, albeit very focused in the Washington Heights..

Edwards got my vote, too :) And from talking to random people out there, it sure seems like Edwards should be the big winner tonight. Unfortunately I have a hard time believing that will really happen, but we can hope! I voted for Sandy Folaron for mayor, even though I know she won't come near victory tonight. I'll be glued to the tele tonight for sure.

Seriously, aren't you technically in Wauwatosa now? I don't want YOU voting for MY mayor.
