Apparently the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel has the RNC convention, Afghan elections, Russion terrorism, Iraq violence, and incoming hurricanes covered so well that they can bring you an in depth story about the ‘rite of passage’ young people are taking from Milwaukee’s Water Street bars to those on Milwaukee Street.
I can only imagine their readership must have been clamoring for years for the real issues to be talked about. Like how many frat kids attend McGillicudy’s on an average Thursday night, or the average number of yards you can walk down Water Street on a Friday night before being confronted with someone throwing up near a tree. Important matters like when a bartender who goes by the name ‘Cozi’ last had sex on Water Street, and how the more mature sophisticated of bars on Milwaukee Street just don’t have the same opportunities.
Yes, it’s good to know that when confused 24 year old’s need some direction in their drinking lives about which street they should bar-hop on weekends, the Journal Sentinel truely serves Milwaukee by providing guidance and comfort to those in need!
I live in the Washington Heights neighborhood of Milwaukee, WI with my wife Jen, our daughter Emerson, and sons Carter and Colton.

Who told you I had sex on the street?!
