Right on Mike!
“If Republicans in this election vote in such a way as to say a candidate’s personal life and personal conduct in office doesn’t matter,†he declared, “then a lot of Christian evangelical leaders owe Bill Clinton a public apology.” – Former Republican Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee
I live in the Washington Heights neighborhood of Milwaukee, WI with my wife Jen, our daughter Emerson, and sons Carter and Colton.

Clinton’s case was not strictly personal, as Lewinski was an intern at the White House. That kind of behavior is generally seen as sexual harrassment, not just cheating on a spouse,
There’s a big difference between sexual harassment and consensual sex between two adults Bruno.
Except there is a bit of a power inbalance between the President and an intern. Our society has said that in this case even though the person with less power consents, it is still sexual harrassment because of that inbalance.
I think that makes the Clinton case a bit different than at least some of the cases regarding Republican candidates.
I do think the investigation of the Lewinski affair was way over the top though. The Republicans just wanted to create a situation where Clinton would have to choose between perjury and making a very embarrassing admission.
If you take your line of thought about that to it’s logical conclusion anyone in a “position of power” would be guilty of harassment, and that sounds an awful lot like a caste system to me. We’re talking about something completely unrelated now to the original point though….
