		<description>How do children fall below the poverty line? Or does that just mean that their parents fell below the poverty line, so we consider them below it too? Just asking.

And not that this makes it any less of a big deal, but 1.5 million is about 1% of workers. If you were to include children in that too, it would probably be more like 0.5%, if not less. Just to put things into perspective.
