is totally the way to go. Yay, Jeremy, you and Russ could start a parish. My brother has done two weddings so far, and since he’s doing ours he sprung for the upgrade and is now a Philosopher of Absolute Reality and PhD in Immortality.

In the state of Alaska, every permanent resident (someone who’s been there 5 years or so) has the authority to perform a legal marriage ceremony ONCE in their life, without being ordained or licensed or whatever. But only once.
